Links Bulletin welcomes individuals who are interested in writing polite messages and replies which are appropriate for a general audience. We are interested in finding forum members who will promote their own sites in moderation, and who will courteously promote other members' sites. When you create short, clear-written messages with no more than two hyperlinks, that will benefit you, and it will benefit everyone who links to your site.
Please be advised that we are doing our best to reduce spam. Therefore, in order to join the forum, I recommend doing the following, *especially* if you are using a free email service:
1. Please note your home city in your profile.
2. Please include any other contact information which you feel comfortable providing.
3. If you have a website, blog, or social network profile, then please include its address. If searching for your website address on a search engine results in warnings such as "forum spammer," then please tell us why this might have happened (for instance, if your site was compromised, or if you feel your site has been mistreated by search engines).
Your account must be approved by the forum administrator. This decision has been made in order to make sure that the forum is free from spam and offensive messages. If your account is not approved on a weekday, or on the day after a weekend or major holiday, then please contact the Links Bulletin forum administrator through email.
If your forum name includes offensive terms, then you may not be able to register. Please choose an acceptable name. If you believe that your name is being unfairly blocked, let us know.
Please follow the following guidelines:
-No adult content.
-No gambling sites.
-No messages which contain a large number of URLs and hyperlinks.
-No messages which are blatant advertisements.
-No repetitive messages.
-No placing the same message in multiple sections of the forum.
If you believe your messages were incorrectly deleted, or if you believe your forum access was incorrectly blocked, then contact us as soon as possible, and explain the error.
If we believe that you have gone against these rules, then we will warn you through public forum messages, private messages, and/or email. If we believe that you continue to break our rules even after a warning, then we will delete your forum account.
Thank you. Let us know if you have questions or concerns.
